Customer update during Covid-19
Our store is now open to the general public, however, you can still order online.
It’s a challenging time for all of us, but we want to let you know that we are still very much open online. In addition, we are starting to offer some optical and retail appointments for our customers in the Chiswick store. We will, of course, take every precaution to keep both our staff and customers safe and make sure we give you our usual great service.
Eye Examinations & in-store consultations
We are now beginning to offer emergency eye appointments with limited availability. These are available for you to book online or by calling 0203 441 1955.
We also have in-store style and optical consultations, available by appointment only on a one to one basis, you can book your new appointment via calling the store or online here.
Helping you while you stay home
We’ve made buying online really easy - our virtual try-on lets you see if glasses suit your face, without needing to leave your home. We also offer a full online prescription service, for both glasses and sunglasses. Simply choose your frame, add your prescription and check your PD (pupillary distance using our online PD meter). It’s really simple and can all be done from your laptop or mobile. If we already have your prescription on file you can select this option in the process.

Our Staff Hygiene protocol
As many of our team as possible are working from home but those responsible for making up and dispatching your orders from Maverick and Wolf HQ are following strict hygiene protocols.
If you make an appointment to visit us in-store, there will be additional safety measures taken to protect both you and our staff that we will discuss with you in advance, including the use of masks, gloves, hand sanitisers and antiviral cleaning of glasses and equipment.
During this time we understand that it is not as easy to return your order to us in the normal way. That is why we have extended our returns period from 14 days to 30 days for all eyewear. We will also accept orders where prescriptions are over 2 years old where existing glasses are lost or damaged. We hope this makes your day a little easier!
